We first met Suzan when we relocated to TN in 2006 and we've been using her as our agent ever since.
Our daughter also recently purchased a house, and Suzan was their realtor as well. There are many reasons that we continue to go back to her, mostly because of her patience and professionalism. Finding the right how to meet our needs isn't always easy, but Suzan know our parameters and makes sure that we're on the right track. But she also understands that, occasionally, looking at houses built in the 19th century can give new insight into what we really need. While we believe that our updates to our recent purchase will make this our forever home, we would most certainly use Suzan again should that change. And we will continue to recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy property in middle TN.

From day 1 Suzan paid a great deal of attention to what we wanted in a house.
She was able to translate this into a list of properties to visit but also spent time to tour various neighborhoods and provide relevant information. After selecting to build a new home, Suzan remained engaged throughout the process attending the design review and all site visits which was of great assistance to us. As we were relocating from another state, Suzan willingly visited the home site during construction, sending us photos on a regular basis. Right up until closing Suzan remained supportive by organizing the home inspection, attending the final walk through and the closing with the title company. Suzan will definitely be our realtor if there is a next time and has also become our friend.
